As 2025 draws to a close, LBD Group stands proud of yet another year of meaningful progress and strong achievements, driven by our unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and care.
A Milestone in Safety Performance
This year, we achieved close to 6 million man-hours across seven active projects as a main contractor, continuing our role as a trusted main contractor dedicated to creating safe and healthy workplaces.
While we recorded two reportable accidents, each incident has been thoroughly reviewed, with lessons learned shared across the organization to strengthen our awareness and systems. These learnings have further deepened our resolve to keep improving, ensuring that every experience becomes an opportunity to build a safer future.
Our dedication to safety excellence has also been recognized through five national awards in 2025:
- WSH Performance Award (Silver)
- Recognition as one of only 11 companies in Singapore to receive the bizSAFE Partner Award
- Three SHARP Awards for outstanding site performance at BM51, BM57, and GM C9

Safety Starts with Me
Throughout 2025, we continued our “Safety Starts With Me” campaign — a company-wide initiative that champions personal responsibility in every action.
Our new Safety Polo T-shirt, proudly worn by all staff, carries this very message — a daily reminder that safety is not just a management effort but a shared promise upheld by everyone in LBD.
Caring for the Community
Our dedication to care extends beyond our worksites. This year, we carried out two meaningful CSR initiatives — a blood donation drive and support for a local nursing home. These activities reflect our belief that building responsibly means building stronger communities and uplifting those around us.
